I am rather new at selling. Are there any circumstances where one CAN leave negative feedback? If not, WHY do they even have it shown on a feedback page. And what is the point of leaving buyer feedback at all if it's only positive???? It's the jerks who don't pay we need to know about.
I know eBay does not really care about sellers (although w/o sellers, there would be no buyers)
