All sellers should not have to pay for any listings.

All sellers should be guaranteed at least 75 sales per month.

All sellers should be given only positive feedback.

All sellers should have eBay pay for all of their shipping costs

All sellers should not have to offer any return policy

All sellers should not be required to provide any tax id's.
7)
All sellers should be allotted $500 per month for personal expenses.

I don't know how to respond politely to an opinion that's completely about entitlement and laziness, but I'll give it a shot.
Work for what you want. If you expect someone to hand everything to you and give you everything for free there will be nothing but disappointment in your future.

i have got to admit ... the OP has some interesting points ... but if they were the norm, wouldn't we all be ebay employees via serfdom? i would much rather pay for the benefits and promises we now receive in our professed hobbies/jobs here! at least then we are paying our own way and for what we receive! 😮

I would revise #1 to say listing fees instead of listings. A commission (FVF) if something sells is a fair compensation for the middle man.
