Initial reports indicate Ebay  has marketed itself to prospective suitors as an innovative, buyer friendly  platform with a thriving community of sellers and a helpful support staff to facilitate the experience for both buyers and sellers. I feel an INAD return coming.

@forecastledistributors   In 2016 I estimated eBay would be bought out, acquired, or merge with another company in 5 years of less ... that means sometime in 2021 or sooner  ... the timing is just about right.  My comment is not to be taken as a negative ... many companies go through changes, mergers, acquisitions, downsizing, closures, etc in their life time ... it is simply the nature of business.  If they get acquired and then can Managed Payments and give Sellers the choice to stay with PayPal then I am all for it ... and THAT is not a negative statement either, just a matter of preference.
