I was stunned to get a poor performance rating (email, not call from ebay) after years of successful transactions and 100% effort in being the best possible seller. I currently have over 500 stars (which I know is not alot - but I have 100% seller rating) with one nuetral in the bunch. A that was immediately refunded. To hold my money hostage for absolutely nothing is so incredibly upsetting and unfair. Is Ebay now the almighy father of all commerce? Are switching to a socialist economy? Ebay is our ruler and we shall follow.
What another sad turn in a company that once was the darling of all e-commerce. Now you say Ebay to someone and 9 time out of 10 it's a sour face in return. All I hope is that Amazon makes an easy transition for ebayers that have had enough. I'm only finishing out my listings because I promissed a friend that I would help with reducing his inventory. It's just a hobby for me. I know that I will always go through Amazon and/or Craigslist moving forward.
I tried to communicate via phone and email to resolve this without a frustrating post. But I got a non English speaking representative that told I just had to deal with it, and a stock email telling me I would be reviewing again in a month. What a joke. Supreme power and greed. So disappointing.
I just pray that Ebay gets what is has coming while I'm on the earth to see it.
