I sincerely doubt it. Providing scammers a list of valid eBay accounts they could attempt to hijack is probably not in their best interest.

Somewhere, I'm sure, but there wouldn't be public access to it.

If you already know a user's member id, there are a couple of ways to search for it, if you're interested.

What is it you're trying to do that would require a list of member ids? Maybe someone could come up with an alternative approach for you.

I'll give you a clue...

It didn't take me long to realize something was off, and a quick search later revealed that I was right.

I wasn't born yesterday, I was introduced to your business model 30+ years ago...

Back then I was young, I put a lot of time and effort into it and got nothing back.

I did alienate friends and family and lots of other people in the process.

So I'm going to suggest you get away from that stuff, just a suggestion of course.

YES.  No faster  to anger your family and lose your friends than trying to get them involved in a so-called "network marketing company," aka "multilevel marketing compensation plan," aka practically a ponzi scheme.  (This is especially true of one where one must guard against being signed up for auto-ship and finding the charges on one's credit card are through the roof.)
