I can't leave negative feedback???

I have buyers that never pay and never communicate.  When I go to leave feedback, all I know get are the choices of "positive" or "I'll leave feedback later".  Why can't I leave negative feedback anymore?

I am also locked out of leaving Feedback this time for this seller. Every time I try to leave feedback, I am given the message 'no feedback pending' which seems to be deliberate. How do I leave feed back?

 

The seller is malvinas_luxuries

My items never arrived and both seller and Ebay (despite guaranteeing orders that dont arrive) basically say hard luck - you are on your own..

 

This is not right.  Please stay away from Malvina Luxuries, they are crooks

Thanks for the heads up, that's odd you can't leave feedback. I'm sick of sellers saying they are in Australia  but item is sent from China. I leave negative feedback. The seller sends me 50 messages a week, wants me to change my feedback... No way croock!!

Ebay sucks more and more every year. Ebay has really become a money making machine that cares nothing about what originally made ebay fun and simple, people selling used items with control. Now its a place where only positive feedback is allowed and they completely control sellers, no more freedom. Every search now shows items from china, all cheap **bleep** and knock off copy items. I hate having to narrow every search to USA now, I did not have to do that before. Ebay really sucks

I just had a buyer with -0- ratings, want to return Vionic flip-flops that she said didn't fit cuz my shoes are longer and wider than than she expected.  I send her a store receipt proving the size but she opened a Case instead AND WON! What on earth! How did she win?!  And what do we seller do when we have no protection.  My buyer was much too savvy to be a newby, I'd bet anything she had bad strikes and just opened a brand new eBay account. Regardless, I can't leave a feedback at all on her to warn others. YES I blocked her, but she might bid on any of your stuff and do the same to any of you!

This is VERY frustrating! I just noticed a high bidder on one of my items is the SAME BIDDER that didn't pay the last time (so I relisted, and here is this person again!). Yes, I file a non-payment report with eBay, but seriously, what is UP with some people? Are they thinking that someone is going to send before payment?  

 

eBay needs to look at this more closely

This is VERY frustrating! I just noticed a high bidder on one of my items is the SAME BIDDER that didn't pay the last time (so I relisted, and here is this person again!). Yes, I file a non-payment report with eBay, but seriously, what is UP with some people? Are they thinking that someone is going to send before payment?

The only way to fix this problem is to move on to other sites.  When sellers go else where eBay will finally make changes.  There rising fees has been a major concern but having to re-list half the items I sell is the final straw.  So long eBay!

Because Ebay has become a joke and protects the buyer in every way possible. We pay HUGE FINAL VALUE FEES AND INSERT FEES....but they feel the need to protect the buyers more than sellers

The eBay "Seller Protection Policy" in a nutshell:  "SCREW YOU!"  


What they don't realize is they're no longer the only game in town; there are now many more platforms to sell from, with more coming up all the time.  I do at least 20X more sales elsewhere than I do on eBay.  

 

I confronted a buyer who filed NAD with pictures - only thing is, I sold him a brand new item, and his photos were of an identical one, but that was old, faded and full of pulls.  I sent him a message telling him I'd accept the return (like eBay gave me a choice?) but wouldn't refund him until I opened the package in the presence of a postal employee, filmed the process, and compared the returned item to my own photos, and said  that if the returned item didn't match, I'd be filing a report for mail fraud, which is a federal offense that carries a steep fine and/or a prison sentence.

Big surprise - he decided that he didn't want to return the item after all.  Ebay actually told me I was treating him like a criminal (!!!) and told him he HAD to return the item.  He did - the NEW one.  At no time did eBay look at my 100% feedback, with many buyers saying item just as described, or even nicer than described.  Like I would jeopardize that and sell a piece of garbage? 

 

Sadly, they took what was once a great platform and turned it into a scammer's delight.
