I have buyers that never pay and never communicate. When I go to leave feedback, all I know get are the choices of "positive" or "I'll leave feedback later". Why can't I leave negative feedback anymore?

I just started selling a month ago. Between ebay corruption and paypal holding my funds for a month even though i have expenses to pay out of pocket such as shipping, envelopes, tracking numbers, stamps, gasoline, time, I'm done. Compound those issues with scammers and thiefs (because thats what they are) and you have a platform that isnt worth using as a seller.
I will not shoulder out of pocket expenses for a month while paypal uses my money. I have deleted
over half of my inventory and plan to delete the remaining auctions by weeks end. Ebay and paypal are
a complete joke if you are a seller. Let them see how much profit they make when all they have is buyers with no one selling.

No it doesn't I see a buyer who didn't pay me and I see POSITIVE Reviews saying they didn't pay other buyers. Ebay needs to fixx its policy. Buyers need to be held responsible for non paying and current ebay policies are falling WAY SHORT.

Where do I sign, 4zhome? I had this unscrupolous buyer purchase an item who paid by PayPal. After they had arranged to have the item picked up and delivered to their home they filed an 'unauthorized payment' with Paypal. Although I sent Paypal the 'email proof of delivery' from the removalist, Paypal went ahead and refunded the buyer their money! Go figure!!!!
Ebay 'and PayPal' need to get things right. Unscrupolous buyers need to be identified for all Ebayers to see.

I wrote in positive feedback.
Bid, won, non-payment case opened on buyer. Beware.
It was NOT removed.

It wasn't removed because the buyer doesn't know how to ask ebay to do so, if they do you are in trouble

I've been on eBay since 1999 in my own account. Prior to that I helped someone in theirs. I have been on the phone with eBay employees about a dozen times.I have never had a problem with anyone not understanding the situation. I outline (on paper at home) my situation like a police report before I talk to anyone. This way I keep it concise and short. then they ask questions. For me, I have to have it specific. I have found when it's not confusing for them to follow me, it works out 99 percent of the time. The other one percent, sometime the situation is subjective and I don't agree but, I did go tho them to decide the situation.

Long time seller and buyer checking in.... I just had an issue with a buyer. She paid for the item, then messaged me later complaining that it had been 20 days since she had paid and it had not reached her yet. I sent her the tracking info. The USPS was being very slow; this was not my fault! I had mailed it as soon as she paid. I asked her to please give it a few more days. She insisted on a refund. I gave her one (my bad). Then the package arrived to her destination several days later and it was delivered. Do you think she bothered to apologize or give the money back? Nope! I reported her and blocked her, so why can't I leave negative feedback about her?

I received 2 left footed boots from a seller and ebay denied my claim for "item not as discribed". And wouldn't let me leave negative feedback. Ebay is partial to powersellers $$$$$. Beware.
