Get rid of the Seller Dashboards................they are ridiculous ....................................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have stopped alot of great sellers from even selling for really no reason at all................ What you charge for shipping and handling should be up to you..........and the time you take to ship should be up to you...........NOT EBAY.....................!!!!!!!!!!! it's real simple...!!!!!!!!!!! If someone doesdn't like what you charge for shipping or how long you take to ship, it's simple ..................DON'T BID..........Get Rid Of THE SELLER DASHBOARDS...........................What the heck do you thihk feedback is for..........?

Hi there,
I totally agreed with you, about the removal of seller dashboard. It is so ridiculous having this seller dashboard. I'm a seller and have been with ebay for a long time. I used to love selling on ebay but not anymore=(
Seller Dashboard has limited/restricted me from listing items. Business has never been so slow. The seller dashboard is not base on a month to month evaluation, but the whole year. How can I improve my selling if ebay constantly used last year seller dashboard to evaluate my performance for this month. Last year, I got a few bad apples and it effected my
seller dashboard score. But that was last year performance and this year I maintain quite positive feedbacks yet the scores from last year still haunts me.
I wish Ebay don't just look at Buyers standpoint, but at a seller's standpoint.

I also totally agree as I have become a victum of the seller dashboard. Because 5 of my customers(you are only allowed 3)have decided that my shipping is too high I have been dinged. On one of my sites I am not getting the new free 500 listing because I am below the standard in my dashboard on shipping. Can I help it that USPS charges so much to ship. I sell dishes. Do these customers think they ship for a dollar. Ebay says offer free shipping.........oh ya on that. I would be giving the dishes away for nothing. If I raise the price of the dishes then no one would bid on them. Good God a catch 22

Feedback measures percentage of people liking or not liking doing business with you, DSR is the extent of how much they like you or not like you.

Well they know what the shipping cost will be before they place their order......if they don't like it.....move on to someone else. I am not going to raise the price of my dishes and offer free shipping. The dummies see the price of the plates, they don't bother looking at the shipping. I won't be able to sell dishes at a higher price.because no one will buy them. I have 3 sites that have for the most part the same items on them for the same price. It is funny to watch how one thing sells on one site but not another. If I continue to have problems with my main site, I will just stop listing and move my stuff to one of the other sites or open a new one. I can play this game too.

As I said, it should never be up to ebay or anyone else what you charge for shipping or how long you take to ship, if the folks don't like it move on .............. they don't have to bid......it's really very simple....

One problem - some don't have shipping costs displayed and needs seller to issue an invoice after the listing is 'purchased', you must be too narrow-minded to not have thought about that.
Yes, plenty of nice sellers (especially from another country) charges reasonable costs on the invoice, but a couple of bad eggs can spoil the rest.
Are sellers who sell internationally actually willing to waste time setting shipping cost to every country eligible? Not all.

Sorry, that doesn't make a bit of difference.............. you couldn't find a arguement that would ever hold to what I have stated, if they don't list make it a rule that you do list shipping, and shipping cost..., it's real simple... and no one, not anyone should have anything to do with what you charge for shipping, or the time you take to ship, if you don't like someones rules when it comes to their shipping or shipping charges just move on.......... how simple can it be........:) and if for some reason they can't list shipping costs , list the reason, and then it is up to the buyer if he wants to continue..... you must be able to ask questions on this kind of listing... it's just simple..!

Excuse me but the calutator is in place....put your zip code in and it tells you how much shipping is. If you don't like the cost......move on. I am not narrow minded just realistic. And I agree, no one should tell us how much to charge for shipping. We pay alot of fees and the handling charge takes care of that OR some of that
