looking for topic subscription ORDER_FULFILLMENT

hi to all, since days i fail to configure notifications for a topic that provides information when orders are placed.
i tried "ORDER_FULFILLMENT " which seems to be not suppported. when i tryi to get 

PRIORITY_LISTING_REVISION it says "Not authorized for this topic" even though the scopes seem fine. any idea how to create subscription with topic that provides order and transaction details? any help is welcomed

You can use the Platform Notifications to get the notification for the events such as creation of a transaction (AuctionCheckoutComplete).  Your application can subscribe to notifications the using  SetNotificationPreferences call.
