(Sandbox) Third Party Authorization Error

When issuing the authentication key, it is failing like a captured image. The sandbox environment is not even accessible.

Third Party Authorization Error message can occur if the SessID obtained from the GetSessionID request has expired. The SessionID value is valid for five minutes after it is retrieved.
