I cannot get a token. Why?

I created a developer account several years ago. However, the account was closed after more than 6 months of neglect.

I created a new developer account, but I cannot get a token.

This seems to be related to the fact that my previous developer account was closed.

Will I ever be able to obtain tokens again?

Please make sure to Register your application to get its various ID values, client secret for authentication, and scopes which are requires for generating the token.
