We started getting error on most eBay APIs that usage limit is exceeded. There is not way we could have used all the limit as we are just a small company and just started with eBay API.
We also checked quota and they are all full
Can someone please let me know if they faced the same issue and how to fix?
I have been having the same issue. The GetRateLimits also indicates I have calls remaining. Yet I consistently get that we have exceeded the call limits even though I have barely called the api endpoint (like less than 5 times).
Our application also recently passed an application growth check. I hope someone here can respond with a solution
I also encountered this error recently. But in my case, the api which happened the error is Shopping API which was already decommissioned. Maybe it actually decommissioned the api just recent days although the document shows Feb 2025.
