Why is my feedback rating going down?

For some reason my feedback rating has dropped down to 98.9%. I only have one negative which was months and months ago, no neutrals and the rest are all positive. What’s going on?

Resolved! Why is there another persons store banner listing showing at the very top of my on listings for sale

I went into my listings today,and saw a banner running across the TOP of my listings from another persons store,offering similar items for sale,prompting those that come to my store and listings to look at theirs....first ....is what comes to my mind...
