OLD TOOL MARK COMPASS

UNUSUAL MARK, LOOKS LIKE A FISTED HAND HOLDING A TOOL, CIRCULAR STAMP, "TOOLS" IS BELOW FIST.  Thanks for any help.

The dividers you have were made by Peck Stow & Wilcox Company (Pexto).

The "10" indicates the size (length of leg measured from hinge to tip of arm).

The tool appears to be missing the lock adjustment screw.
