Hello,
I found this ugly quarter in a Mint Sewn bag of the 2019 P River of No Return quarters. I am curious if this is a struck through or just had a rough ride. Does it have value beyond 25 cents?

looks like a struck-thru... i find it interesting that it's in two places...
did you happen to check the weight?

numismatically, not really... the cool factor might give it a higher value...
if you attend a coin show where a major third party grader has a table, might be worth stopping by and asking...
you might also get in touch with a recognized error dealer online... they may be willing to offer an opinion from a picture...

Are Heron's eye-glasses whacky again or does that Quarter Dol. actually have

I went ahead and weighed the quarter. It came in at 5.76g.

the specified weight for a clad quarter is 5.67 grams... i don't know what the tolerance is, but one tenth of a gram is probably within it...

It does say IBERTY. Here is a closer picture of it. Also, IN GOD WE TRUST is also messed up. The side of Washington's face also has odd marks.

I'm not much on diagnosing errors but the perimeter (within the rim) shows a strange "wear" that may have taken out the "L" (LIBERTY) and weakened the "E" (WE) and the "T" (TRUST) . Other letters are affected. Inferior wear on "QU" on QUARTER and the "CA" on America. The rim remains strong so I can't explain the unusual wear. The equidistant 4 "dots" running vertical on George's cheek area looks like reeded edge contact mark from a larger coin? - Just what I see..........I yield to error experts.

A neat item for folks that like 'error coins'!
Heron is wondering if the row of gouges on Washington's face were caused
by the bag stitching machine? Just a wild guess!

Thanks for all the feedback! It helped me understand this ugly quarter a bit better.
