Accounting Discrepancies between getTransactions and actual eBay site

I pull all orders for the last 90 days on my account through my tool using the getOrders request of the trading API. I then go through and check that the gross transaction amount of each saved order matches what is in eBay, and it does. I have 48 orders that are pulled and saved, along with some details about the order such as the gross transaction amount, selling fees, etc. I check my paid and shipped orders for the last 90 days, all the orders are there, and all the gross amounts are correct. When I add them all up though, the total the eBay site gives me is way off from the actual gross total amount. I then go into Performance > Sales and pull a report for the same time period and get a totally different number for the total gross and net. Another issue is that I pull all the Shipping label and Ad Fee costs and save them, accounting for all credits and debits that may occur for adjustments relating to shipping labels. When I check the totals for this, they also are off. I feel like I must be missing something, but I also feel like there are some numbers included in the totals shown on the eBay Paid and Shipped orders page that are not actually a part of the gross. I am at wits end trying to get these numbers to match up. I literally compare each individual order total to what I have gotten from the API and they add up perfectly, yet the total at the top that eBay gives me does not add up at all. The net amount is also incorrect. I would assume I was missing something if the numbers on the sales performance page even came close to the numbers on the paid and shipped page. Can someone please tell me what I am missing? What all do I need to be pulling in order to get accurate accounting numbers for orders?
