I am trying to work to get some defects removed from my account. Ebay messaged me requesting i send them some information. However, and I'm not the only on the has this issue, the message will not go through due to HTML. I have changed all the settings i can change, and still it goes through wrong. i need to get this cleared up, and since the issue is NOT on my end, i need for someone to tell me how to get the message through. This has been an issue with messaging ebay for YEARS!!
