I got a few bulk lots lately and I am wondering if anyone out there buys all of these tiny parts for resale purposes ?????

Oh heck yes they do. Do an advanced search for "Lego bulk lot" in Toys & Hobbies, Title & Description. You will find small and large lots listed.  If you search sold/completed listings you'll find page after page of small lots that were cold by a Czech seller before you find other lots, if you search using the Time: ended soonest  filter.

When I come across them at estate or garage sales I buy them for resale at a flea market I set up at in the summer months.  They sell like hot cakes.

Totally! Check out BrickLink.com to identify part numbers and color names of your Lego pieces (although, this can be time-consuming.) Enthusiasts enjoy being able to buy same-item lots (large and small) for custom building or set completion. Specialty parts can be good sellers as well. Mixed lots can also do well. Happy selling!
