OYO Sports Figures

Has anyone had their listing of OYO sports figures delisted for violating the counterfeit policy.

Ebay cannot give me a reason why they delisted my items.  I see numeral listings and completed sales for the same exact figures. They will not allow  you to speak directly to the group that makes the decision to find out the basis for not allowing them.

Any explanation would be appreciated

Usually it's a VERO take down- did you get a message from ebay stating so?

LEGO simply hasn’t found those listings and reported them to eBay, that’s all.  When it does, they’ll come down too.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that because there are still active listings out there you'll just relist yours. You're on eBay's radar now. If you relist you'll likely end up with your account suspended.

They haven't been reported or LEGO hasn't filed on them yet.

Yes...and eBay only had to tell me once.  BTW, only be concerned with your listings and how ebay responds to them,  don't worry about if other sellers have similar items listed or not.  eBay flagged you

The bigger issue is they use logos from Sports Franchises without paying a license fee.  They also don't pay anything to the athletes they portray on the toy figures.  Technically you could get multiple takedowns for a single product.
