Here's an example: https://tinyurl.com/y4l2e4z9
The seller has listed 4 brand names in the description. Three are irrelevant. He has been more egregious in the past. And, he's not alone.

In the past, you could call eBay and they would tell you they take this very seriously but then they do nothing about it. Now, you can't even call them. They frustrate searches unnecessarily in order to flash what they're selling in your face. Call them on it, and they block you.
Now, you can't even call eBay.
I had a friend buy something from one of these vendors and then give them a less than perfect rating in a single category. They cried like a baby and succeeded in getting eBay to strike the negative evaluation.

If a seller is including brand names or item specifics that do not apply to the item being sold, you can use the "Report item" link found in each listing to notify eBay.
Although eBay is unlikely to take action based on a single report unless the policy violation is sufficiently obvious and serious, if enough independent reports are received, eBay may get involved.

I really hate when Sellers do this especially in dolls. Jumeau is a patented item and everyone puts it on their items full well knowing it's not. Even Reproduction Jumeau is being misused. It's a pain to have to sift through the thousands of junk items to see what you want and it's impossible to filter this stuff out.
American Girl Doll has the same problem. There are so many copies out there.
I wish Sellers would say fits an 18" doll. That way when I'm looking for American Girl I don't have to sift through 4000 fakes to get to what I want.
Just not buying any on here because of fakes and no return policy.
I will say EBAY is usually pretty good with the 100,000 of sellers they have to deal with. I bought a doll that the seller supposedly mis-listed I emailed them three days before the sale was final and told them they might have a problem with the listing. They didn't pull it. Then they refused to send it after I had won. EBAY stuck by my rating.

What "no return policy"?
Are you aware that eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, seen in every eBay listing, offers very good protection for buyers if/when a transaction goes wrong. The only catch is that the buyer has to understand it and use it correctly and in a timely fashion.
Are you perhaps referring to the fact that some sellers will say "No Returns" in their listings. That phrase actually means nothing in the face of eBay's MBG.
And I'd still like to know what "no return policy"?
