Help with this Applause PVC

I've searched and searched and can't identify this figure.. it's about 2" tall with a holographic face (very similar to Supernaturals or Visionaries) It is marked on the bottom with "Applause, Inc. China", but no date. I assume it is 1986 or newer up to early 90s perhaps. If anyone has any info, it would be HUGELY appreciated.  Thanks-j

Applause made a lot of PVC figures ranging from star wars to you name it,I would try transferring the picture you have to google search with image,there is a way to do that and see what pops up,By the look of that figure it is probably a rare one or a long forgotten figure,one thing is for sure I myself have not seen the one you have in all my time searching for toy items
