Has anyone ever seen one of these Star Wars colored sand glued to paper art

I got this with some assorted household stuff I assume someone's kid made it but I'm just checking to see if anyone has ever seen one before

I think its not child made but a knock off poster made around 1978-80

i seen those  sand posters in head shops. in 79-83
