As you make purchases you should be saving a PDF version of the webpage for the item to your computer.

This is especially true if you are buying these items for resale as these can provide written evidence of your purchase.

Have you checked your credit card or bank records?

You should always use a credit card so you get a rebate from their rewards program.

Unless you elected to pay for and store the information elsewhere you'll need to get a pad of paper and use your brain. EBay stores 3 years if you count the current year. Look under My eBay, Purchases, change see orders from the default of the past 60 days and 2021, 2022 and 2023 will appear.

Your Purchase History only covers the current year, or either of the two most recently completed calendar years.

You may be able to spot some transactions on your feedback page if you exchanged feedback.

You can request a report of your older transactions here:

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.

I leave feedback on every purchase and sale and this feedback includes a description of the goods. You could also include price and other details important to you in the feedback. The feedback you leave is permanent I believe.

eBay includes title, price and seller information that is visible only to the buyer for most transactions in the last few years, though it is possible that if you go back far enough that information is not included.

On mine I can see that info for about the last 10 years or so. After that it shows just the item number and seller for a few years, then just the seller.
