Thank you.  would you know if a set without "squares" would be considered incomplete?  I saw a listing of what is included in the game and mine does not have squares, and I don't even know what they are.

Without knowing anything about the game other than the same links you have likely seen, I would guess that without squares the game is incomplete and cannot be played. But it may still be worth something to a buyer -- just make sure if you list it you make it clear what you have and what you do not.
