I keep getting:

IAF token supplied is invalid.

I have gotten a new token and am using SOAP server:

https://api.sandbox.ebay.com/wsapi

IS there a problem with the sandbox?

yep sandbox has an issue i've been searching this issue since last week . I think its from the ebay's dev side
