An unknown issue has occurred. Contact the website administrator when trying to sign in sandbox user

Hi,
I am trying to use the API explorer for Trading API, to get the User token i tried to sign in my sandbox account but i am facing the error "An unknown issue has occurred. Contact the website administrator" in the Get a User Token Here section when clicking the Sign in to Sandbox button.

Anyone faced this error ? if so how can i resolve this ?
