I need your help serious technical issues

Please....please i desperately need someones help.

I've had nearly every technical issue since opening my store 1 year ago.

i have the inventory to easily list over 150 items per month, but i dont due to the fact that with just a couple of items, they , my items, ARE NOT IN SEARCH RESULTS...even a week or month later.

I've been given every excuse there is from CS...only just connected with Suzanne a supervisor in Utah who saw for herself the problems....

last thursday was her 'friday'...was back in sunday june 1 and she CALLED! like she promised...but i was very very ill from the stress of these issues now over a year old...didnt get to speak with her.

she told me to call her back

i did today.

got asia overseas and now excuses that they cant connect me ....oh they're closd because they 'bar' suzannes dept. closed at mst 11pm....REALLY...it was  5:15 pm PST....i'm losing hundreds of dolloars and more due to the being told by CS its MY FAULT ....didnt do the listing properly...and i fell for it..

racked up at least 90 to 100.00 plus a month in just fees , bold, etc BECAUSE THESE MORONS in CS stated well you know it IS A SATURATED MARKET...MAYBE IF YOU MAKE IT STANDOUT.

I need this store for my living and i am in need of true genuine help and i need to get ahold of Suzanne and ANYONE ELSE who can help me...Please...I am literally desperate.

im not a whiney femaile i dont cry easy ...but thats all ive been doing for 4 days is crying....

Okay- first let's reduce those fees.

Stop using all the options. Subtitle is NOT searchable so it is useless.  Bold etc may be helpful but your best selling points are your pictures and your title.

You'r doing fine with those.

Why spend money if you are not getting service.

Since you only have two items listed that I can see from here in Canada, drop the Store.

If there are problems with your listings that are preventing them from being seen, start using the 50 Free Auctions.

Actually, why not come over to eBayCANADA (ebay.ca) and list here. You will have to use Flat Rate Shipping, but you can list in US dollars and -- you get yet another 50 Free Auctions in addition to the 50 you list on eBaydotCOM.

Your items will show on dotCOM if they are in US dollars and have shipping to the USA.

What specific problems have been pointed out by the one helpful eBay staffer?

Here in Canada we often see items listed with US shipping where the S&H does not show to US customers because there is a small dislocate between the USPS and Canada Post standards. But that only affects shipping, not the whole listing.

By the way, have you ever looked at your listings as a guest (not checked in) and on a mobile phone? That may also show problems. For example, your AAA 14k 9-10mm Akoya Baroque White Pearls Y Gold Earrings 17" Necklace Set Boxed is fine in Search, but on a mobile I suspect  PEARL NECKLACE AAA 14k 9-10mm Akoya Baroque White Pearls Y Gold Earrings 17" Necklace Set Boxed  might work better on a mobile device.
