Can you back out some so the item is seen full size? Can't tell if you are asking about the black trumpet looking thing from the left or the purple text, which might be interpreted if seen in context.

I look at the purple and see Duegh or Puesh, neither of which translate from old German. Coul the small touch of purple on the right be part of another word? Maybe an expertiser's mark, or owner's mark?
The black ink script seems to be "Apu" and again carries on to the right ajoining stamp. . . .
Can't help much more. Sorry.

The purple is from a hand stamp used to cancel the stamp. It's probably the first part of the company name.
