Good morning everyone!
Keeping all prayer requests.
Roy - I wrote you a long email yesterday and read it carefully and decided the best thing to do was to hit delete. Take care.
Carole - Praying for wisdom in choosing which treatments to persue.
Jan - Know that, in the end, everything will all work out.
Just listened to one of those old commercial videos by the group we will be seeing tomorrow and it took me down memory lane....... 1969. Back then, I knew we would be able to change the world and how my life would play out. How did I ever end up like I did? I know there is supposed to be a plan, but my life seems to have been a series of poor choices and now it is too late to change much of anything.
Have a beautiful day! ![]()

Lynn,
Sometimes life seems only to allow us to choose between a bunch of wrong choices and no right ones. We just have to learn how to deal with the best of the lot!
My philosophy has always been to pursue any dreams that you may have, pursue them with a passion, unequaled, and to not be afraid of failure. It is allright to fail occasionally, but the important point is to pick yourself up and move forward with determination and courage and the belief that you are capable of great accomplishments.
One of our main goals should be to be responsible for our own choices, take responsibility and blame no one else when things go wrong. God knows I've had my share of disappointments, wrong decisions, and just plain bad choices. Take time to think things through, quit make a quick decisions. If you have any doubts about a choice you are about to make, then don't follow through with that choice. Always think about your choices and make the ones, the ones that will hopefully change your life in a positive manner.

Good morning!
Roy - Thank you.
Roxie - Thank you, too. Yes, that is Ike. Both of these were taken in 1969. We were engaged at the time.
I have PT today then Ike & I are driving down to Saginaw (about 100 miles) for dinner at an Irish pub where our friends will be playing.
Have a most beautiful day. ![]()

Good morning!
What a wonderful evening we had. We picked up our youngest daughter on the way as I knew she would love the dinner and the music. It was a full-house and a real sing-along. Lee Anne and the gang sang my special song which always makes me cry.
Deer were all over the edge of the road as they are after the salty grass that is now showing. Nice little trip.
Have a beautiful day! ![]()

Hello! I have been up to my eyeballs with tax preparation -- lots of medical to wade through.
Hello to Roy, Jan, Lynn, and Roxie.
Lynn -- You are a beauty and Ike is handsome! I think your granddaughter looks a lot like you.

Good morning!
Roxie - Those pics were so long ago. My PT place is like a social group as we see each other all the time. There is always coffee and goodies too! I am only 10# away from my goal weight. ![]()
Meet
Sheba
, the newest member of our family. She is a second timer to the shelter, as was Tori. A family took her but their German shepherd wanted to eat her so they had to surrender her back. I was going to get her this morning but the roads have turned to ice, they closed school as 6 busses went in ditches and my grandchildren's bus got too friendly with a snow bank. They are safe at home and Melanie is working today. It is supposed to warm up this afternoon and I will go later to get her. I am hoping she will like Cami and am pretty sure I am going to take Cami with me. I met this kitty (along with many others) when we took Melanie's Baby Kitty to get spayed and felt that she really neded to come home with me. I get the senior rate, so I get a cat who is spayed, up-to-date on shots and microchipped for $20. This is nice so I can give them an extra donation to help them out. It is a NO KILL shelter and they take such good care of the animals. I have very little to give but they get what I have. The other causes all have big businesses behind them but the animals only have private donations. They also have an excellent low-cost say/neuter program for those who need it. Their vets all donate their time and are wonderful. Tori and Cami always go there for their shots.
Whenever I get going, I have to go pick up some new cat toys and stop at the Amish bulk food store as I am running low on many things and also need to get some good eggs and Amish butter.
We will be going downstate for our overnight music party on the 5th and there is a Petco and Petsmart on the way, so I will pick up collars (I like the Beastie Band ones) and also get a tag for Sheba and one for Cami. I got one for Cami at WalMart but I do not like it. Tori has a black one with her name in pretty script on the front and the phone numbers on the back.
Stopped at my doctor's office yesterday and got my papers to have Pfizer fill my Rx for the Lyrica. My doc's nurse, who is so nice, gave me enough samples to lst until I get the other ones from Fedex. The pain is now greatly reduced. This is the first time in a month that I have been 'okay'. ![]()
Time to get some things done.
Have a beautiful & blessed day! ![]()
