Pointer, tips and strategies...??

Hello all. I would love to have any kind of pointers or strategical hints that you all may have to offer. I have tried to compete with different products. But I seem to have a large problem with getting off the ground- or I just have one great big grey cloud hovering above me. Please help out! Thanks

My thoughts as a consumer... The titles do need work as someone else mentioned. They do not grab my attention at all. The auctions with multi items really need separate pictures and maybe even supersize seeing as they are tight. Also, to me there is something missing, maybe it is just that there is not much to them. As I said, this is from a consumer point, although I am also a seller (not very experienced myself). Good luck and hope I may have helped a little! Dori (sabber96)

I'm new and want to know if The Dr. Is In? I have been having problems with my pictures. I use adobe photo shop and when I transfer them over they get darker. I also think I just need to get a better camera but I have don't have the cash yet. Can you suggest a low price good camera. Or just some tips would be great. Also, on my listings I try to keep things to the point, I like a clean looking listing not one with alot of rules and turn offs. I want to make it about the buyer and not about me. But maybe I am not saying enough?? I guess I feel funny going on and on. I too have had some difficulty with the categories and used to always name my items with cute creative names but now I am just trying to use the spaces to get everything in which is boring. well I am starting to ramble, so any help would be appreciated!! kpidd and noblespirit... Thank you both. I do appreciate the advice. Now I have to sit back and try to word things. I am always afraid of running on and on- like now for instance:) I am going to look into changing them as you said, yes the pendulums are real crystal and amethyst ( a few other stones also). The birds I almost wrote hand carved, but they are not entirely hand carved, hand crafted with use of machine, yes... Another good idea is the halloween witch, even though it is an insense holder. To be frank, I was afraid of putting the prices higher, they are real and excellent quality, however, when I compared to other "similar" items- I backed the prices down. You are right to say, people might say, well that is cheap... must be cheap in quality?! right? I have other things that I want to list, but discouragement lingers. I am aiming to get the stratagies correct! I am trying to get distributors to help. I had joined a different board, but no one seems to answer my questions, nor leave me comments 😞 very big disappointment. The need for distributors is one of the reasons I was trying to lower the price- anyway... Noblespirit... I am very interested in the topics for the weekend, ESPECIALLY shipping. My concern is that being overseas and selling good items won't make any good thing happen for me, due to shipping. I try to make it clear, that if people buy in quantity, shipping would end up being less- more profitable for them. Also that The postal service here includes Insurance.
