eBay blocked photo uploads

Can no longer create listings as photo upload feature blocked for past three days and eBay making it next to impossible to get to their chat room.....    Anyone else suddenly having this problem???

I also cannot upload photos. It was working yesterday.

If you are using an Apple OS, try using Firefox as a browser rather than Safari or Chrome.

I do not have a mac, but I have seen other mac users recently complaining of problems with the latest version of Safari having problems uploading photos on eBay.

You should be able to go here:

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

And from there download Firefox.

Try using Firefox to upload your photos, and see if that works better than Safari or Chrome.

It is not necessary to stop using Safari for other things. At some point, Safari may start working again. Having another browser like Firefox on your system is a good way to test if a problem is browser-related.

Same here for the last few days.  On a Mac using Safari the "Add Photos" button no longer works in create listing.  As a workaround, you can drag and drop your photos into that window in Safari and it does still upload.
