Ebay site does not show the number of views on my listings. Showing up as zero

The number of views on my listings are showing up as zero.  Once in a while they come back for a short time and then disappear.  Very frustrating! Anyone else having this issue?  Is there a way to fix it?

Also having the same issue and at the same time sales have dropped to 0 normally have at least 4 a day plus best offers but nothing in nearly 2 days

Similarly here. I've "complained" to eBay several times, and every time they swear it's just a site issue with view counts not being displayed in Seller Hub, and try to insist that my sales are somehow increasing when they're down at least 95%. AFAIC, zero views + zero sales = ZERO VIEWS.

Next, eBay will be telling us that zero sales is because "the economy" is doing so well.

Typed in "views showing up as dashes" to see if anyone else was writing about it and up popped my post from March when the same problem was prolific. It always occurs when ebay is doing major changes to the site and I am convinced that it does affect the number of people seeing my items or my items being blacked out.  Small potatoes in the scope of all the other glitches that are going on. BTW some of those dashes that I saw for views this morning changed from dashes to views in the 700's then back to dashes again. Hmm.

My guess as to REALLY why no views and no sales...  I just received this friendly helpful (mis-spelled) reminder email from eBay:

"Times running out...snag 25% off Promoted Listings fees: Promoted Listings is a growth tool that helps you get your listings seen by potential buyers. You can increase your item’s visibility..." IF I pay them a fee!

Mine is showing zero too

Same issue for me - for a couple days now.  Was hoping to find a reason and/or solution also.

Same here. Looks like a database issue, for example, no longer finding that field with the view numbers. Wouldn't be a browser issue. I've seen this in the past and it's usually fixed within a day, but it's been a few days now.

I’ve been shut down for at least a couple of weeks and have no views, no sales - usually average 20 per week.

Same issue for my newly listed items. Posted about 10 items yesterday and none have been viewed even once...I know they are there and still being seen though because I asked two different friends just do a general search and they found and viewed my items no problem. Also I see people are saying their sales are down but if your items can still be seen I dont know how it would effect your sales. I sold 5 items yesterday which is about normal for me. Still ridiculously annoying when you cant track views and watchers.

Looks like views are finally starting to show but any views that happened previously I guess are not ever gonna show, but the issue seems to be fixed moving forward....at least for now lol
