Can't upload the tracking numbers

When I try to upload the trackings, it doesn't allow me to fill the name of the courier and deletes the letters as soon as I write them. And this way prevents me to upload the tracking information???

Are you saying that it will not allow the number with letters in it, such as UPS tracking number,  or are you trying to type in UPS (example) in the tracking number line then the number. It has been a while but as I recall, there should be a drop down box to chose the carrier after the number is typed in. (This is how it works on a desk top. Phones or pads may be different) They don't both go in the tracking number box.

Yes, I was trying to type the name of the carrier. The funny thing is that I finally succeed to upload the trackings right after I started the discussion here. Now everything works as normal, hope that the issue will not happen again.
