The Ebay.com informed me by E-mail that my order which I paid in due time, was accepted and given the number and Item ID. I have saved both Emails - the item ID and the number of my order. The additional information from Ebay.com came later via E-mail and let me know that my order had been shipped and the term for delivery had been stated. Actually the delivery term has expired, but I never received my order. Moreover, the seller replied to to my clame that hi had no records concerning my order. At the same time having the official information from Ebay.com which proves the official status of my order, I can't understand why there are no records saved in Purchase history related to my case. For this reason I can not open the official dispute with regard to the lost of my order. So, I would appreciate any advice from Community.
