Super Bowl 38 Signature ?

Can anyone identify this signature ? It is on a Super Bowl 38 Cap (Patriots/Panthers) I looked at the rosters for both teams and it didnt really match anyone.

He never won a Super Bowl but he is a HOF quarterback and his stuff has always had a following. The signature looks authentic and I'm sure someone would want it.

Some lineage is he played for Houston when Oilers were there so he was probably visiting or lived in the area during that super bowl which was payed there.
