Help in Identifying Vintage Bamboo Fishing Pole Maker Spinning Rod & Fly Rod

I was wondering if anyone could identify this split bamboo Spinning Rod.  You can make out the K-RA-- & CO

and in blue which is fuzzy it looks like W&H, M&H, MUH or something like that with nothing legible to either side.  There is a red & blue circular pattern on each side of the blue "W&H"

Second is a fly rod with a highly deteriorated label.  It is a triangle within a triangle and vert few "legible" letters.
