I was wondering if anyone could identify this split bamboo Spinning Rod.
You can make out the K-RA-- & COand in blue which is fuzzy it looks like
W&H, M&H, MUH or something like that with nothing legible to either
side. There is a red & blue circular...

During this perios US of A was United States of America. Also, Shiny
bright did not make these ornaments in Africa nor did they buy the caps
from Africa at the time.
