Help with identifying Hebrew signature

Hi folks, I am new to this group and a novice senior. Can anyone identify this maker’s name and what the number 100 means on this Art Deco silver Menorah. How can I know if it is Sterling or silver plate? Many thanks

Wm Rogers platter pls Help

This was my moms. The stamp says wm Rogers with an eagle in front and a star after letters. I have not found the floral edge pattern anywhere. I assume it’s silver plate but the pattern is unique? It is 14.5” across. Any info is appreciated!!

925 Red & Green Bracelet?
