znlogic carrier scam

hello friends, take care of the sellers that use znlogic or not specified a well known carrier.

The seller send me the item by a carrier reported as scam by several other ebay users. As this moment didn't know about that.

The item never arrived; znlogic does not exist. 

For those things of fate, the znlogic supposed address is three blocks from the Hilton in SFO. So I can confirm this carrier does not exist.  I'm atacching a photo, this is znlogic office, a door with a padlock, none label at the entrance. Well, I did not choose the shipping carrier, the seller did. A carrier that is suspected to be a scam. It's not sound good from any side it looks. It seems as the seller and the carrier had an agreement to do this kind of maneuver. My concern now is why ebay endorses this scam closing the case almost immediately without investigate and no read the comments of the others ebay users. I supposed that if ebay has a community board, they would read it.

If your ZNLogic tracking is a TBA number, it's not a scam: You can use aftership.com to track it.

...thanx, perhaps my english is not good enough, znlogic was reported by several users as a scam. I tracked the shipping and it shows delivered, but it is not true. The item never arrived. Nevertheless other items bought by ebay arrived to the address with out any issue. But they were shipped by other carrier.

A majority of those "scam, fraud, ripoff" reports and posts on forums are by people who have no idea what they are talking about. Anything they don't understand is a rip-off or a fraud.

ok...thanks for your comments. But there is no office at the address they say they have one. Don't know what is the term that I have to use, but nobody takes over.
