Hi,everyone.
I bought a pair of shoes on ebay.
However,seller shipped me cheaper method.(priority→first-class)
I know might be not a big difference but it's unacceptable to me.
How do I solve the problem?

I really doubt ANY shoe could be shipped FCM as almost any pair of shoes is over 16 oz (unless we're talking flip flops here), with that being said, there is no speed difference between FCM and Priority, maybe 1 day at the most. With that being said, If it really was listed as Priority (not standard or economy or anything else), I believe you can open a case in PayPal for a refund as the shipping method was SNAD. I have never tried it, and I doubt I ever will.

If you paid for the higher service and they shipped otherwise, ask for a partial refund. If the buyer refuses, open a SNAD. Get a return label on the seller's dime, get your money back and buy from someone else.

THIS is why I NEVER state the type of shipping service I use. Buyers have a choice, economy or standard. I pick the service, not the buyer. Kind of a over reaction IMO, it IS shipping AND handling. If buyers keep opening SNAD cases, eBay will soon be gone. They have already lost 1000's of sellers becasue of that.

I always specify the method of shipment.
First Class for less than a pound and Priority for more than a pound.

BAD advice!
This is blatant return abuse and suggesting it is irresponsible!

When sellers do that I always have to message them to see how they will be shipping because many times Economy can mean misused Media Mail (I've had a few that tried that when I didn't ask first).

That's fine, you can ask. I think that is smart. "Economy" on eBay has VERY specific meanings however, one thing is doesn't include is "misused Media Mail". Sellers that play that game are abusing the USPS (and the people of America that pay for it) and the buyer as quite often that package will come with postage due, especially with Automated Package Verification . Do some sellers do this, yes. Is is right, No.
