wrong shipping calculated

I listed a rather large item (VINTAGE WATER SKI'S ) and selected buyer pays shippinf calulated upon sale. I estimated shipping with UPS to be around $60. Buyer paid $53 dollars for shipping - not sure how that was calulated? I went to print an invoice or shipping address so I could take it to USPS and it printed a mailing lable with UPS first class for $7, **bleep**???? I cancelled that and EBay says they will review and possibly give me my money back in 3 months. What a piece of S...t system. I don't know if I will continur to use EBAY.

I took item to USPS next day and shipped for around $60 and added an additioanl tracking number and it shipped fine. Old tracking number still says UPS waiting shipment or something. Can I use this money for a credit for another shipment?

I checked my ad and this is what it said for shipping;

Re: wrong shipping calculated

You offered a shipping service (USPS Retail Ground) that is not available online.  So eBay just presented you with a list of the shipping services that ARE available.

Credit for a shipping label usually takes about 3 weeks; USPS won't approve it until they're sure that you really didn't use the label.
