wrong shipping amount

hello! i just sold an item on ebay and when received the buyer said there was 46+ dollar amount owed, so it was refused and ???? returned? how can this happen? all measurements and weight were installed and amount owed was about the same as the original amount. im out a sale and going to haft to pay shipping both ways and additional amount what ever that is total? thank for any suggestions.

@nobody*s_perfect Yeah, there have been problems with eBay's label process defaulting to an option the seller didn't even choose. Have had that issue with flat rate box postage being shown when I go to print the label even though I didn't offer. Once even printed by mistake before I saw what eBay had done.

Need to pay close attention when printing labels.

For a while shipping method was defaulting to priority for "fastest" even if the shipping was by first class and the buyer selection had been first class. It went away, then came back. 🙄
