wrong ebay policy

The saller claim his product will fit that priticular model. After receiving the order find out they send the wrong one.

When you file for return, ebay aprove but you have to pay for return. Why? Was the other side fault not my. Why I have to pay for return? I'm member here from 2005 and have buy with confident till now but I think I will move to Amazon, better policy there.

If you selected the reason for the claim as Item Doesn't fit, that is a buyer's remorse reason and the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping if you seller has a No Return policy or a 30 or 60 day return policy with buyer pays shipping.

 

While I know your item didn't fit, the more accurate reason for your return was that it was not as described.  That would have made the seller pay return shipping.
