why is ebay sending charges to my charge card instead of to paypal

ebay is now charging my charge card instead of paypal.  what is going on?

It depends on what charges. Your monthly fees?  You obviously have it set up that way to charge paypal. 

You can switch to your bank account

If you don't have enough funds in your Paypal account, then Paypal charges your backup account.
