why is ebay sending charges to my charge card instead of to paypal

ebay is now charging my charge card instead of paypal. what is going on?

Buyer has purchased two items and sent payment for each including shipping. How can I combine the shipping and how do I print the labels? I would refund the difference to the buyer by cash.
