I have searched through messages and all over the website and cannot find how to print a scan form. I don't see any links, tabs, or anything. The only place I see it mentioned is on the page that shows benefits of printing labels on ebay and it's listed in the "convenience" section, but it only says you can get one without actually showing how. I don't see a 'bulk printing option" or anything similar. Where am I missing this?

If you have more than 1 label to print at the same time, you will be using bulk shipping. I print my labels, then I click to print the SCAN form. Then I go back to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped, and I go to Order Details and print out the page for my records.

I don't use ebay labels but when it is so confusing, perhaps it is time to try another provider.
I use pirateship.com They import your orders from ebay and post back the tracking numbers. You can also purchase insurance for both domestic and int'l orders (read the exclusions). You can ask them to sign you up for their simple international rate and you get 25-30% cheaper prices than ebay on lighter parcels (up to 4 lbs). Their customer service is outstanding, email replies within 24 hours and a real chat. You can easily reprint your labels if needed and when you are finished you can painlessly generate the SCAN form (and easily reprint it if needed). You can use you CC to pay for the labels, earning extra % on your CC purchases.

Thank you. After I posted I did find the scan form when printing the labels at the same time. I didn't see how I could add the labels I printed Sunday that were dated Monday. And I didn't see a way to combine labels that weren't all printed at the same time. Any hints there?

I have used pirateship and paypal both some, but did not realize pirateship features included importing sales and sending back tracking numbers. I may have to look into that. Thanks!

I am a low volume seller, so I always print all of my labels at the same time. I don't know how to combine labels printed on different days.
