Ebay cant help you if the item shows delivered. Did you speak to the seller, or your local p.o.? Or neighbors?

Ask the delivery guy. If it was a USPS delivery, ask your mail person where they left it. Remarkably they always seem to remember where they left every mail.

If it shows delivered but not at your given address, open a case for item not received by going to your "Purchase History", clicking on "More Actions" and click "I did not receive it".

If it is an item in an ebay standard envelope it will often show delivered 1 or 2 days before it arrives. This is due to the way they are tracked which is different to the way normal tracked packages are tracked.

You need to report a missing or lost package with the shipping company. When packages are scanned at the deliver location, GPS data is logged. They will be able to determine if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong address or if it were stolen.

eBay and the seller can only go by the tracking data. If it shows delivered, then it was delivered in their eyes.

@aciurleo

1. Do not open Item not Received, if delivery is showing complete you will automatically lose the case.

2. It is not up to you to chase this up, ask your seller to check and supply you with any updated info.

Please answer the questions from slati in message #3 - it may be a zip code scam and we can help further once you give more info.
