where can I find my refund coupon?

i use a coupon to buy food, but the seller cancelled it, so  the coupon $20 should refund to me ,now i can not find this $20dollars coupon..anyone know where i  can find it? thanks

Most eBay coupons are not refundable. How did you get the coupon in the first place? That will tell us if it’s refundable or not.

EMAIL,then the paypal shows there is a refund coupon, but the people from paypal told me the refund one is in ebay.

Hi @nopainnogainivy_3,  You're in Australia.  This answer board is in the US.  Was the transaction in on eBay-Australia?  If so, you may have a different way of doing things than eBay-US.  On eBay-Australia, click the Help tab at the top/left the Home page and almost every page, then on the bottom of the Help page, click Call Us and follow the prompts with what most closely matches your problem until you get the phone number and (in the US) a one-use PIN.  Please post back and share if they were or were not able to help you.  Good luck!
