I've been trying all day to file a missing package for something mailed on Dec. 9th. I filled the entire form but the submit button didn't work. I tried to start over but now nothing on the site works
I keep getting this message--no matter what I click on

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
Earlier when I went to is it down site, the usps site was showing problems. Now it says no problem but I still can't connect.
