A federal case because your package might be a day or two late?
The date Ebay gives you is only an estimate.

I never even thought of that. I can't see see any issues in it so probably true.

Wow…how sellers allowing usps to hold buyers packages? If packages not arrive on time, buyers can open not received case and get their money back..and in some cases, when packages arrive in the future, keep the merchandise without paying…and if buyers ready to return packages, sellers have to pay for return shipping…lose lose situation for sellers.. keep your foil hat on..

Oh please. Tracking shows that your package is running a couple of days late. There is no Federal case and no conspiracy.
You have left several bizarre feedback comments already. Perhaps Ebay is not for you.

I think you might want to tape that to a telephone pole

I keep clicking on Google Translate, but without any luck.

I couldn't understand this and am so surprised how many responded to it...LOL

Wow. Most armchair lawyers come on here with grand plans of suing for millions. This tactic of having eBay arrested for kidnapping is definitely a new angle and I for one am very excited to keep up with your progress on the investigation.

You missed something when you read the listing for the item that you purchased. The estimated delivery date is ESTIMATED, not set in concrete. Don't know where you live, but at this time, in this weather, some packages are bound to be a little bit late. Unless the item purchased was for life-saving purposes, how much harm will it do for you to wait awhile.
If anyone is illegally sending other people illegal drugs, I don't think we can put the blame on the USPS.

So there is a conspiracy to hold your $1.47 bluetooth headphones hostage? If it were to obtain your info to do illegal activities there would be no need to send anything at all as they would have that from your purchase.
Also I guarantee you there will be no federal charges for a $1.47 lost item.

He can't have them before we inspect them.

The problem is there is no way to really know when a package will be delivered. Even your local fortune teller does not offer that service. Once a seller hands if over to the shipper, all you can do is sit tight until it arrives. If you need it right away, mail order is not best.
Weather can really delay things and airports get the passengers out first. Cargo flights can de disrupted long after passenger service it back to normal.
Four times this week I got mail for other addresses delivered to my mail box. Got some today. But it not being held hostage.
